i have abandonment issues

i got a parking ticket in the lot where i park my cars. want to know for what?

abandonment, even though i live here.

why abandonment? because the ticket is bogus.

my daughter’s car tire had a slow leak which resulted in a flat tire.

management called the police and the cop wrote a ticket.

both my cars are registered with the management office, so they know it’s mine.

i also had to appear in court, which i did.

my name was not on the schedule, the clerk had no record of the ticket and the cop didn’t show up.

i talked with the police sergeant and he went over and beyond assisting me.

i was grateful for his detective work and asked if i could buy him something from the bakery.  he declined.

later, i texted him words of appreciation for his help and he wrote back he had to compose himself while reading my text and afterward. awh.

so now i know one good cop in new jersey. i will never forget him.

as of april 26th, the ticket is outstanding and i have to call back for a new court date.

i wrote a letter to the mayor asking him to explain how something like this is possible.

it’s private property.

that’s like a cop rolling up to your house and giving your driveway-parked car a ticket for no plates.

the statute for abandonment doesn’t apply to my car, so when, and if, i have to go to court, guess which one of my personalities is showing up?

the annalise keating of new jersey.

i’m ready.
